As times continue to be stressful, Arcade Fire is here to help you relax.

The band has teamed up with the meditation and sleep app Headspace to release an original music piece dubbed “Memories of the Age of Anxiety.” The track, which is a total of 45 minutes long, is part of Headspace’s Focus playlist program curated by John Legend, who’s the company’s Chief Music Officer.

“Meditative vibes to help you focus and feel inspired,” Arcade Fire says of the piece.

To listen to “Memories of the Age of Anxiety” in all of its 45-minute glory you need to sign up for the Headspace app, but you can listen to a brief preview now via Arcade Fire’s Instagram.
