A Perfect Circle band mates Billy Howerdel and Maynard James Keenan will be sharing a stage this summer, though not at the same time.
Howerdel will be opening for Keenan’s band Puscifer on two dates during their upcoming tour: June 12 in Los Angeles, and July 1 in Rochester Hill, Michigan.
In a statement about the shows, Howerdel says, “Since the 2018 A Perfect Circle tour, Maynard has owed me $80 from a disputed dinner bill. Short of getting Judge Judy involved, I feel this is my only recourse in getting the money back.”
Howerdel will be performing as a solo act. He dropped his debut solo single, “Poison Flowers,” this past March.
Puscifer, meanwhile, will be supporting their latest album, 2020’s Existential Reckoning.
