Cold War Kids will be opening for Tears for Fears on the “Head Over Heels” outfit’s upcoming U.S. summer tour.

The run begins June 23 in Atlantic City, New Jersey, and wraps up August 2 in Los Angeles. Tickets go on sale Friday, April 7, at 10 a.m. local time, with various presales throughout the week.

Cold War Kids’ most recent release is 2021’s New Age Norms 3, the final entry in the group’s trilogy of mini albums.

Tears for Fears, meanwhile, dropped a new record, The Tipping Point, in 2022, marking their first original album in 18 years. Their tour last year in support of The Tipping Point featured Garbage on the bill.
