Death Cab for Cutie is postponing the premiere of the video for the band’s single “Roman Candles” in the wake of Tuesday’s mass shooting at an elementary school in Uvalde, Texas, that killed 19 children and two adults.

The “Soul Meets Body” outfit had announced earlier Tuesday that they planned to debut the Lance Bangs-directed clip Wednesday morning at 10 a.m. ET.

In a statement posted Tuesday night, Death wrote, “This morning we announced our new music video would be coming tomorrow, but given the events of today, we will be delaying it.”

The band added, “Gun control. Now.” They also shared a link to the gun violence prevention organization Everytown.
