Des Rocs is hitting the road as a headliner for the first time.
The “This Is Our Life” rocker has announced the details of his debut headlining tour. The U.S. outing will begin September 28 in Detroit, and will wrap up November 4 with a hometown show in New York City.
“I feel like I was put on this earth to play shows,” Des says. “Since I was 13 I’ve played my guitar in basements and dive bars across the country to anyone who’d listen.”
“This tour is a lifetime in the making,” he continues. “All the bumps and bruises along the way have made me who I am, they’re gonna pour out through my veins every single night of this tour. I can’t wait to finally put all these songs on a stage after dreamin’ about it for a year in isolation. I’m ready to lose myself again, the way I always have.”

Along with the tour, Des Rocs plans to release more new music later this year. That will follow December’s This Is Our Life EP, which spawned the hit title track.
