Blur‘s Graham Coxon is joining up with Duran Duran to perform during this year’s Billboard Music Awards.
The guitarist will join up with the “A View to a Kill” group to play a brand new song. Not much is known about the track, but we hope it somehow combines the “do do do dos” of “Hungry Like a Wolf” with the “Whoo-hoos” of “Song 2.”
The performance will also celebrate Duran Duran’s 40th anniversary.
The 2021 Billboard Music Awards will air May 23 on NBC. Some of the nominees in the rock categories include AC/DC, Machine Gun Kelly and Twenty One Pilots.
Meanwhile, you can listen to Coxon’s guitar heroics on Bastille‘s single “WHAT YOU GONNA DO???,” which was released last summer.
