If you’re itching to mosh after over a year of no concerts, Dropkick Murphys and Rancid have got you covered.

The two punk institutions have announced a co-headlining tour, set to kick off August 10 in Waite Park, Minnesota. The joint trek is dubbed the Boston to Berkeley II tour, the sequel to the two bands’ 2017 run together.

Boston to Berkeley II was originally scheduled for May 2020 before being scrapped due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

“Looking forward to hitting the road with the Dropkick Murphys again for the second edition of our Boston to Berkeley tour,” says Rancid’s Tim Armstrong. “Our good buddies The Bronx will be joining us on tour as well.  See ya in the pit!”

“Can’t wait to get back out there and kick the touring door open again,” adds Dropkick’s Ken Casey. “This is a great lineup and we are gonna take the country by storm.”

Tickets go on sale this Friday, June 18, at 10 a.m. local time. For the full list of dates and all ticket info, visit DropkickMurphys.com or RancidRancid.com.

Dropkick Murphys just released a new album called Turn Up That Dial in April. Rancid’s most recent record is 2017’s Trouble Maker.
