FINNEAS has released a new song called “The 90s,” which will appear on his upcoming debut album, Optimist.
While it doesn’t mention Beanie Babies or grunge or O.J. Simpson, “The ’90s” finds FINNEAS longing for a “world without the internet.”
“I hate how easy they can find me/Just by looking up my mom’s address,” FINNEAS sings, seemingly referencing when a trespasser was arrested after showing up at his childhood home looking for his sister, Billie Eilish.
You can listen to “The 90s” now via digital outlets.
Optimist is due out October 15. It also includes the previously released singles “What They’ll Say About Us” and “A Concert Six Months from Now.”
