It’s been over 6 years since the last time we heard from Good Charlotte & now they’re back with a new album, “Youth Authority”, out July 15th. The first single “40 oz. Dream” is 90’s and early 00’s nostalgia wrapped up in one song.
Benji Madden tells Rolling Stone:
“For us ’40 oz. Dream’ was the perfect song to kick off our new album,”. “It’s got all the sarcasm and humor we’ve always loved, and lots of affection for the past and present. As a band that formed in 1996, it’s a fun moment to be welcomed back so warmly. We’re very happy to have found our place in 2016.”
