Formed in early 2015, Wyves have been hard at work creating their unique brand of Rock & Roll. Within a few months of gigging they had garnered acclaim from Phoenix New Times and Java Magazine, highly circulated publications in Arizona. Corey Gloden on vocals was recently named “Best Male Vocalist” in Phoenix New Times Best of 2016. “Spoils Of War”, the debut album from Wyves, is 11 tracks of Rock & Roll. It is an album that is both modern and classic in quality and conviction with great hooks and well thought out lyrics. “Spoils Of War” was released in February of 2016 to a Sold Out Crescent Ballroom in Phoenix, Arizona. With constant word of mouth and momentum they have landed sets at McDowell Mountain Music Festival 2016 and Apache Lake Music Festival 2015 and 2016. They have shared the stage in previous projects with acts such as: Guns N’ Roses, Aerosmith, Kid Rock, Cheap Trick, Peter Frampton, Rival Sons and Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeros. Between the four of them there has been a lot of knowledge gained and miles traveled. They are ready to use that for Wyves, the culmination of experience and a driving passion to create this music. This band is truly where they want to be and this is the music they want to share. You can catch Wyves at Crescent Ballroom, Sunday Sept. 17th and on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Check out their song “Bitch has got Problems” below and if you’d like to see Wyves perform live at Tempe’s Oktoberfest at Tempe Beach Park, vote for them at the bottom of the page.

Catchy with heart; Devoted with guts; Always ready for a party.
A Step Ahead is, in one word, undeniable.
Call it what you want—pop-punk, easycore, or just straight rock and roll—whatever it is, heads are turned and eyebrows are raised in the most-approving way each and every time the Arizona band takes the stage. A Step Ahead’s immediately-appealing sound and fun-as-hell live performance is already demanding attention from all within earshot, and the best is yet to come.
A.S.A. has endured it all as a band, and it comes out in their music. To date, the band has released five studio EP’s, embarked on numerous DIY tours with shows in over 50 cities across the U.S., met thousands of incredible supporters, found out what it’s like to be broker-than-broke, experienced heartache, and had the best damn time while going through it all. Throughout everything, the band has only become stronger and is as poised as ever to break through to the next level. For every time a fan sings the words to a song at a show, makes a comment on the band’s Facebook page, or tells their friend about “that new A Step Ahead jam,” they are reinvigorated.
A Step Ahead is Colin, Nick, Mike, Brian, and Matt, but more than that, A Step Ahead is about you and for you. Check out A Step Ahead at Pub Rock Live, Saturday Sept. 16th and on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Preview their song “Pretty When”, then vote at the bottom of the page, to see them play at Tempe’s Oktoberfest October, 14th at Tempe Beach Park.
