
Interpol and Spoon are joining forces for a co-headlining tour, starting August 25 in Asbury Park, NJ.
The Lights, Camera, Factions tour is scheduled to wrap up with a September 18 show in Portland, Oregon. The Goon Sax will open all dates.
Spoon is supporting their critically acclaimed new album Lucifer on the Sofa, while Interpol have just finished recording a new album which will be out later this year. The band’s Paul Banks tells Rolling Stone of the new album, “It definitely feels like us…[but] another part of me thinks, ‘This might be super f***king different.’”
Interpol will play a run of headlining dates starting April 25 in Dallas, TX, while Spoon hits the road on a solo trek starting April 6 in Boston, MA.
Tickets for the co-headlining shows go on sale Friday, April 1 via Ticketmaster.
