Could Twenty One Pilots be teasing the start of a new era?
This week, the “Stressed Out” duo changed the header photo on their Twitter and Facebook page, which features the band’s logo in yellow against a red background.
In the past, Twenty One Pilots have updated their logo to reflect a new album cycle. For example, when they announced their latest record, 2018’s Trench, the logo shifted to yellow on a black background, shifting from the previous white-and-red against a black background design for 2015’s Blurryface.
No official announcements have yet been made, but it’s safe to say that the Skeleton Clique is on it.
“DUDE OMG A NEW ERA IS UPON US,” tweeted one excited fan.
Twenty One Pilots released two new songs in 2020: the quarantine-themed “Level of Concern,” and the original holiday tune “Christmas Saves the Year.”
