Jack Antonoff‘s Bleachers project has released two new songs, one of which features the one and only Bruce Springsteen.
The Boss hops on a track called “Chinatown.” In a statement, the New Jersey native Antonoff says collaborating with the Garden State hero was “the honor of a lifetime.”
“[Springsteen] is the artist who showed me that the sound of the place I am from has value and that there is a spirit here that needs to be taken all over the world,” Antonoff says.
The other song is called “45.” Both tracks are available now for digital download.
“Chinatown” and “45” are the first previews of the upcoming new Bleachers album, due out in 2021. The record will be Antonoff’s third Bleachers effort, following 2014’s Strange Desire and 2017’s Gone Now.
