Jack White has premiered a new song called “Fear of the Dawn,” the title track off the first of two solo albums he’s releasing this year.
The 130-second ripper follows in the vein of the previously released Fear of the Dawn single “Taking Me Back,” further suggesting the record will be a more hard-rocking counterpart to White’s second release, Entering Heaven Alive, which features the acoustic-driven “Love Is Selfish” and “Taking Me Back (Gently).”
The song “Fear of the Dawn” is available now via digital outlets. You can watch its accompanying video, directed by White himself, streaming now on YouTube.
Fear of the Dawn the album will be released April 8. Entering Heaven Alive will follow on July 22.
White kicks off his Supply Chain Issues solo tour in support of the forthcoming coming records April 8 in Detroit.
