Jack White has teamed up with the company CopperSound Pedals to create a new, signature guitar pedal.
Called the Third Man Triplegraph, the digital octave pedal has been in the works since CopperSound first reached out to White in 2016. White used prototypes of the pedal while recording The Raconteurs‘ 2019 comeback album Help Us Stranger, and during the tour supporting the record.
Unique to the Third Man Triplegraph is something called KILL mode, during which “the middle key acts as a momentary killswitch, allowing the player to remove their dry signal and attain a fully wet octave up and/or down when used in conjunction with the octave keys.”
If you need more previews on how it will sound, you can check out a video of White using the pedal to rip through a medley of songs, including The White Stripes‘ “Blue Orchid” and his own solo track “Corporation,” streaming now on YouTube.
The Third Man Triplegraph is available to order now via ThirdManStore.com.
