Judah & the Lion has premiered a new song called “Take a Walk.”
In a statement about the tune, the “Take It All Back” outfit says, “It feels like the right time for us to reclaim some of the joy that can be hard to come by these days.”
“We don’t want to be positive just for the sake of being positive, we’ve seen our fair share of pain, and we hope that comes across in our music and lyrics too,” the band adds. “‘Take a Walk’ represents both sides: pure fun and excitement alongside the reality of life being really hard.”

“Take a Walk” is the first new Judah song of 2022, and follows the 2021 single “Find Another Reason Why.” A new album, the follow-up to 2019’s Pep Talks, is currently in the works.
