Listen to The Lumineers cover "Silent Night" in support of independent venues

The Lumineers have released a cover of the holiday carol classic “Silent Night.”

Proceeds from the recording will benefit the National Independent Venue Association in support of independent venues affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. You can download it now via digital outlets.

“Silent Night” is the latest addition to The Lumineers’ holiday repertoire — in the past, they’ve covered “Blue Christmas” and Willie Nelson‘s “Pretty Paper.”

Over the fall, vocalist Wesley Schultz released his debut solo album, a covers collection dubbed Vignettes. Meanwhile, drummer Jeremiah Fraites will release his debut solo album, the instrumental Piano Piano, in January.

The Lumineers’ most recent album is 2019’s III.
