Liz Phair has announced the details of her first album in 11 years.

The seventh studio effort from the “Supernova” rocker is titled Soberish, and will arrive on June 4. Soberish includes the previously releases song “Good Side,” which dropped back in 2019, as well as a new single called “Spanish Doors,” which is available now for digital download.

Soberish was produced by Brad Wood, who also worked with Phair on her first three records: 1993’s Exile in Guyville, 1994’s Whip-Smart and 1998’s whitechocolatespaceegg.

“I found my inspiration for Soberish by delving into an early era of my music development, my art school years spent listening to Art Rock and New Wave music non-stop on my Walkman,” Phair says. “The English Beat, The Specials, Madness, R.E.M.‘s Automatic for the People, Yazoo, The Psychedelic Furs, Talking Heads, Velvet Underground, Laurie Anderson, and The Cars.”

Phair is scheduled to hit the road this summer opening for Alanis Morrissette‘s 25th anniversary Jagged Little Pill tour, which was postponed from 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Garbage is also on the bill.

Here’s the Soberish track list:

“Spanish Doors”

“In There”
“Good Side”
“Sheridan Side”
“Ba Ba Ba”
“Soberish”
“Soul Sucker”
