Heya! My name is Charlee (with two ‘E’s, cause I’m Extra Excited to meet you)!
I have so much love to give, and would really enjoy being your one and only pet. I deserve all the attention! Although I am a real sweet boy, I can be a bit rowdy when I am excited, so no kids for me please. I have some quirks that the Behavior team at Lost Our Home is working on with me, so please don’t let my breed fool you. I may be a Golden Retriever, but I am one unique boy that you cannot place under any stereotype. I never wish to disappoint anyone, so I would really benefit from an experienced handler, who is willing to do lots of training with me. I’m such a good boy, I just have lots to learn still!

I love to run and play, and would love someone who will take me on lots of walks and hikes. I’d even love to be your running partner. I am an active guy! My brain is always on the go, so mental stimulation will help tire me out, too. I can be intimidated by other animals, so I can be quite vocal when they come my way. I just want to make sure my space is respected so that I can respect theirs too. My future family will need to be comfortable calming me down when I am getting over excited. As long as my forever home has patience, experience and a great big heart, I will match your love tenfold! I can’t wait to have a home to call my own, and a human to cuddle with.
