Phantogram frontwoman Sarah Barthel sings on a new song called “Must Stop” from Scottish musician ONR.

The track finds Barthel singing that she “must stop falling in love with every boy who f***s me.” You can download it now via digital outlets.

“‘Must Stop’ is a song about being repeatedly hurt,” ONR — pronounced “honor” — says. “About a lack of self-worth, a desperation to be in love and to be loved by someone, anyone — and the blows you can take when you leave yourself so open.”

“I think it was the universe telling me I have to express my feelings instead of bottling them up,” Barthel adds of the song. “From then on ‘Must Stop’ has been my mantra.”

Phantogram, meanwhile, released their latest album, Ceremony, in March.
