The 1975 performed a cover of the U.K. boy band Take That‘s single “A Million Love Songs” during their appearance on the BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge Tuesday.
The stripped-down rendition featured only frontman Matty Healy‘s voice accompanied by piano as he delivered a sincere rendition of the ’90s pop tune. You can watch the performance streaming now on YouTube.
Also during their Live Lounge set, The 1975 played one of their own love songs, “I’m in Love with You.” The track will appear on the upcoming The 1975 album Being Funny in a Foreign Language, due out this Friday.
Other recent Live Lounge covers include beabadoobee taking on Vanessa Carlton‘s “A Million Miles” and WILLOW putting a spin on Yungblud‘s “The Funeral.”
