The Black Keys are helping announce the new name of Cleveland’s baseball team.

In a video posted Friday morning, the MLB franchise revealed it will officially be known as the Cleveland Guardians going forward. The change comes after its previous name, logo and mascot had long been criticized as offensive to the Native American community.

The video, which is narrated by lifelong Cleveland fan Tom Hanks, features music from fellow diehards The Black Keys, who originally formed in nearby Akron, Ohio.

“Together we stand with all who understand what it means to be born and built from the Land,” Hanks says, as the Keys’ El Camino track “Little Black Submarines” plays in the background. “Because this is the city we love, and the game we believe in. And together, we are all Cleveland Guardians.”

Back in 2016, drummer Patrick Carney threw out the ceremonial first pitch at a Cleveland game.
