The Head and the Heart and Spoon are headlining the 2023 Bear Shadow festival, taking place April 28-30 in Highlands, North Carolina.

Both The Head and the Heart and Spoon released new albums this year: Every Shade of Blue and Lucifer on the Sofa, respectively.
Meanwhile, The Head and the Heart also announced a hometown show in Seattle taking place November 28 in support of the band’s charity organization, the Rivers and Roads Foundation.
