The Killers are helping welcome the Las Vegas Raiders to the band’s hometown.

The newly relocated NFL team — formerly the Los Angeles and Oakland Raiders — will play its first game in Sin City when they take on the New Orleans Saints on the next upcoming installment of Monday Night Football. To celebrate the occasion, The Killers will be on hand for a halftime performance.

According to a press release, the “Mr. Brightside” rockers will be playing on the Caesars Palace rooftop, down the way from where the Raiders will kick off at their brand new Allegiant Stadium, which was built for the team’s inaugural season in Vegas.

“The Raiders really wanted to pay homage to our new hometown so naturally we were ecstatic to partner with an iconic Las Vegas band like The Killers on this once-in-a-lifetime performance,” says Las Vegas Raiders’ President Marc Badain. “While fans can’t be with us in person, we hope this exciting halftime show gives those at home a taste of the exceptional entertainment experience awaiting them at future games and events at Allegiant Stadium.”

Monday Night Football kicks off at 8:15 p.m. ET on ESPN and ABC.

The Killers, meanwhile, just released their new album, Imploding the Mirage, in August.
