The Regrettes have released a new song called “You’re So F***ing Pretty.”

As frontwoman Lydia Night notes, the track is “the first time I’ve ever written directly about a girl I had a crush on.”

“It took me a while for me to even allow my brain to accept the fact that I’m bisexual,” Night shares. “I always felt like I couldn’t validate my own feelings because I had never been in a relationship with a girl. But I had a pretty big crush on one of my friends a while ago and this song is an exaggeration of that, but it’s still coming from a very real place.”

“Writing this was important for me because it just validated my own sexuality,” Night adds.

“Pretty,” which is available now for digital download, follows September’s Regrettes single, “Monday.” The band’s most recent album is 2019’s How Do You Love?

Meanwhile, The Regrettes have also announced a North American headlining tour for 2022. The outing, dubbed the Get the F*** Out of L.A. tour, will kick off January 24 in Fort Collins, Colorado, and will wrap up February 17 in San Antonio, Texas.

Tickets go on sale next Friday, December 10, at 10 a.m. local time. Visit TheRegrettes.com for the full list of dates and all ticket info.
