The Strokes are taking their support for New York City mayoral candidate Maya Wiley from online to the real world.

Julian Casablancas and company are playing an in-person concert at NYC’s Irving Plaza benefiting Wiley’s campaign. The show takes place this Saturday, June 12. 

Tickets go on sale Wednesday, June 9, at noon ET. All attendees are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Last month, The Strokes played a virtual concert in support of Wiley, who, if elected, would be NYC’s first female mayor. That show marked The Strokes’ first-ever acoustic performance.
