Monday: Sunday At Noon “Dirty Mouth”
Sunday at Noon is a raucous 4 piece rock band hailing from Phoenix, AZ led by Jack VanDerPol, who has a charismatic stage presence that is reminiscent of the quintessential frontmen of 1970s rock bands. Jack is backed on drums by his younger brother Nate, a phenom whose skills far exceed his age and guitarists, Dylan and Carl who are accomplished musicians in their own right. Formed in 2015, Sunday at Noon instantly became a local fan favorite and distinguished itself as a noteworthy member of the vibrant Phoenix music community. Sunday At Noon has had two singles named to the 50 Best Songs Written by Phoenix Bands by the Phoenix New Times (“Maybe I’ll Regret It” in 2015 and “Brain Damage” in 2016), and “their potential to rock seems limitless.”- Mitchell Hillman, Phoenix New Times.
They released their first demo, Burning Pictures, recorded at Treehouse Studios in Scottsdale, AZ in 2015. Their single, “Brain Damage” and self-titled EP were recorded at SoundVision Recording) with producer/engineer Michael Beck and released in 2017. They are currently recording their first full length record with Sean Whiteman of Interchange Audio (scheduled for release Fall 2018). The first single, “Honey,” released January 2018 has amassed over 15k streams on Spotify and sets the tone for what’s to come. “Sunday At Noon reaches for arena-rock power on their latest single, “Honey”, and they don’t fall short. Sunday at Noon writes and performs high energy pure rock music with the goal of connecting with fans on a personal level. They draw inspiration from Led Zeppelin, Foo Fighters, and Queens of the Stone Age. Their sound is a unique blend of youthful exuberance, impressive classic guitar riffs, and richly expressive vocals. Gnarwahl Jrz is an alternative rock two piece band out of Phoenix. They’re brand new to local scene and already making waves with their laid back surfer-esque feel jams. Wednesday: Hollagram “Home”
Hollagram (James Mills) is an EDM / Alternative music producer from Phoenix, AZ. Best known for his work as the lead singer for the band People Who Could Fly, Hollagram shows a new side to James Mills’ musical vision.
A refreshing blend of modern genres and dance-pop hooks makes Hollagram’s music perfect for living in the moment.
All of Hollagram’s songs are performed with custom sound design, live instrumentation and vocals by James Mills himself, as well as vocals from various featured artists. His debut EP “Pulse” will be released worldwide on May 17th, 2018.
