Jared & The Mill photo

“Howdy, We are Jared & The Mill. All of us were born and raised in Phoenix,
Arizona, and we still call it home today. When we first got started in the summer
of 2011 we just wanted to play some music with our best buds, play a few shows,
and have a good time. Jared and Michael had been buddies and playing music
together since they were kids, and after they met up with another childhood duo
Josh Morin and Larry Gast III, and connected with Chuck Morris III and Gabe
Hall Rodriguez through mutual friends, the band was born. As things go we were
soon hammering along in the local scene, playing alongside the bands of new
friends and old throughout Arizona.
The wheels kept turning, and before we knew it we had over three years of touring
under our boots; playing in the living rooms, dive bars, venues, theaters, music
festivals, and even arenas of this big ol’ country of ours alongside fellow upcoming

bands, and with some of the biggest acts we had always looked up to. Somehow, with the

unparalleled guidance of Mr. Ryan Hewitt, his insistence to record everything that
we could live, alongside the good vibes we felt in those studios, we think we’ve
delivered that energy to you on “Orme Dugas”. So here we are, with new music to release, a sound that’s grown, and another busy year ahead. We’re eager as hell to
share it with all of you. In the mean time, go see a band, never take yourself too
seriously, and love each other with all ya got.
As always, and from the bottom of our hearts, thank you for listening.
We’ll see you down the road,
Jared & The Mill”
You can find Jared & The Mill playing all over the US, Firefly Music Festival and on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Listen to “Ghosts” below and then vote to hear it again on the bottom of the page.

Jillian and the Giants is a Tucson, AZ based band that uniquely fuses an eclectic collection of influences into a powerhouse transmission of modern Soul-Americana Pop.
Led by the haunting and sultry vocals and songwriting of Jillian Bessett, the piano-driven quartet marries modern influences with their strong connection to Soul, Jazz and Blues, Americana, and Western music from the past.
Jillian and the Giants’ debut album Mr. Airplane received rave reviews and was #19 on KXCI’s Top 100 Albums of 2016. You can find Jillian & The Giants on Facebook, Twitter and Soundcloud. Check out their song “Window” below then vote to hear it on the Friday replay, at the bottom of the page.

Visionaries WFTM

Wait for the Moment began in 2009 with award winning film/TV music composer Nate Fenwick Smith and bass player/vocalist Mark Reyes.  Shortly after receiving a rapid rise in local popularity with the release of their debut album, the Mesa AZ natives went into what was thought to be an indefinite hiatus with the band in order to pursue different individual paths.  Mark went on to form a new local band “Mimelight” here in the valley while Nate started his current career in the Los Angeles scene writing music airing on various TV shows across the multiple major television networks including ABC, NBC, FOX and CBS.

Realizing how much they missed the band, Mark and Nate decided to return to their efforts with Wait for the Moment in late 2016.  Visionaries by Wait for the Moment is their upcoming full length release which exemplifies similar catchy/moody melodies and meaningful lyrics that were heard in 2009 but is now coupled with a fresh new twist in its overall production approach.  Visionaries is to be released later this year and will feature the already released pop-esque single “Don’t. Won’t.. Can’t… (feat Rose Read) as well as the more alternatively driven “Face of Fear” which makes its debut this week on Homegrown with Mo. You can find Wait For The Moment on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram Check out their song Face of Fear below, if ya love it, vote to hear it again on the Friday replay at the bottom of the page.
