Meg Myers has premiered the video for her song “The Underground.”

The animated clip finds a claymation version of the “Desire” singer frolicking through a bright and colorful land, which is contrasted with a darker, cavernous underworld.

“‘The Underground’ was inspired at a dark time in my life,” Myers explains. “It considers the consequences of our free will. Our light and dark aspects fight for control of our decisions and lead us to positive or negative realities. Its ultimate message is, ‘It’s all a choice!'”

“The Underground” is featured on Thank U 4 Taking Me 2 the Disco, one of two EPs Myers released last fall.
