The Killers performed during halftime of the Las Vegas Raiders’ first game in the team’s new hometown last night on Monday Night Football.

The Vegas-bred band helped welcome the Raiders to Sin City with a rooftop rendition of their classic single, “Mr. Brightside.”

In introducing the song, frontman Brandon Flowers said, “It’s our pleasure to welcome the Raiders to fabulous Las Vegas, Nevada. I think we’ve got just the song for the occasion.”

As for the actual game, the Raiders started out their Vegas tenure with a 34-24 win over the New Orleans Saints.

The Killers, meanwhile, just released their new album, Imploding the Mirage, in August.
