Coldplay sure seems up to something.

On Tuesday morning, Chris Martin and company tweeted out a link to the site AlienRadio.fm. The site, if you can get it to load properly, shows a glowing magenta orb above a button asking you to “scan signals.” The site also includes a series of mysterious symbols.

While we haven’t been able to make heads or tails of it, the Coldplay fan account @ColdplayXtra was able to decode the symbols, which purport to reveal that a new song called “Higher Power” is due out next Friday, May 7.

Coldplay’s most recent album is their 2019 double-record Everyday Life, which features the singles “Orphans” and “Champion of the World.”
